Er..... Snowdrop

My neighbour a few weeks
ago gave me a small plant and said "This is a Snowdrop" ( Idon't think so) I am not the worlds greatest gardener but I now a Snowdrop when I see one. Well it's now come into flower.
Can someone please tell me what it is?
