For the most part yes Jacque. They get about three hours of morning sun.

Thanx 4 that Mikec :)its just i put my new Hosta By my pond which gets 6hrs sun&i think maybe its 2 hot 4 it there?

Just watch it Jacque. Some of the green and white seems to take the sun better. You will be able to tell if it's burning.

I find in the back garden there isn't really any shade apart from a couple of hours in the morning in one spot, so my blue hostas are turning greener unfortunately!
