Lol, not a very good photo, had curry sauce on my chips,

I can see 5 golden chips in that flower bed, I'm probably glad I can't see the curry sauce!

we were in there once when a man asked for fish, chips, bits, mushy peas, and curry tipped over the top, I mean I ask you, how disgusting.

I was ill for 3 months a year and half ago, slept for nearly all that time, high blood pressure and that flu, was it bird flu from abroad, anyway once i got back on my feet I just could not face fish , most odd, it was swine flu.

We all like food we tasted from a very young age. I like fish very much, but not the classic fish and chips. I prefer red mullet,snapper,sea bream and the very similar,tipped in a little olive oil and lemon juice, then garnished with plain flour and grilled on charcoal. Yummy for me anyway.

I did it on Sunday Stickitoffee. My son in Law who is English loved it so much that he took home what ever fish was left to eat again on Monday. My wife apparently likes Scottish smoked salmon. I never tried it. It's probably good in sandwiches.
Next Sunday if you come, it's going to be only pork kebabs, keftedes, stuffed vine leaves with pork mince, rice
and herbs and may be another 10 recipes. Not too many this time I am afraid. So I suggest you leave it later. When I lighted the barbecue in heavy snow fall last December my neighbours thought I was mad. The family always demand it, I must obey. I do it about 40 times a year.

Scottish smoked salmon is one of those heavenly foods that is an ultimate treat, so good on it's own or with oatcakes or a little lemon juice.
