POTENTILLA

Potentillas are one of the shrubs I recommend everyone have in their garden because of its long flowering period, the whole summer. This is a pretty colour but they have a huge colour range available.

I bought a red one years ago but it didn't do very well and eventually just disappeared. It was never as vigorous as this one. I keep cutting really woody chunks off this yellow one and it just keeps coming back year after year.
