this is after we have ripped up a massive amount of decking,badly built walls,a large brick built extension and potting shed ,all condemed by planning and mirrors,bridges ect ect

Good luck!!! You've a mammoth job there, but when it's all done and you're sitting sipping your glass of wine and looking round your gorgeous garden, you'll realise it was all worth while.

Wow that looks like time and money? May I ask before you moved in did you know you would have to do all this? Welcome to GOY and good luck, it will be interesting to watch the progress of this huge task.

when we moved in whole area was decked and covered in bridges and ponds ect but unfinished we assumed we would just clear it away how wrong lol !! .under decking was a massive breeeze block built tank full of water that was going to feed the waterfalls (that was a suprise) it was teetering right on edge of slope .another big prob was that there was huge amounts of various things buried under decking from a whole smashed up kitchen inc lots of glass to bag after bag of filled cement think previous owner didnt want to pay for skips . its been a nightmare but we can finally see a light at end of tunnel now :0)

That must be of budget in just the clearing? but when its done you can enjoy it all the more.
