Gorgeous! - are these fully hardy?

Had it for years Sheila, doesn`t seem to mind whatever gets thrown at it, I also have a blue one but its not flowered for a couple of years and is only a third of the size even though bought and planted at the same time., I guess I have to move it just not sure where to place it yet...

Mine is nowhere near this stage, it has buds so I live in hopes.

Mine too Oliveoil, I had to put it back into the greenhouse as it was looking Sick. Its perked up and there's buds now, but what good is it in Ghouse :( I live and learn lol..
