It looks really healthy. The leaves are very green and lush. What is your secret?

Hi MM about 6 weeks ago it was covered in bright pink spots all over the white blooms and I panicked and cut them all off, then found out its a harmless reaction to wet conditions? and the new blooms are OK. I feed every month with Top rose and always add an extra tablespoon of Epsom salts to that, as I think in heavy clay they seem to be short of Magnesium. Roses are one of the few things I use a chemical spray on in my garden every 6 weeks I spray them for black spot and it seems to keep them free of it.

Ah I see. Mine do get black spot but not too badly. I should feed them more often though. I think healthy plants can fight off disease more easily, can't they.

Yes - like us if healthy then diseases find it harder to take hold.
