some of you might cringe at this and yes its part of my lawn or wild grassy area as i like to call it and i love it, i saw a question on how to get rid of dandilions from your lawn which inspired me to post this pic,on a warm sunny day swaying in a slight breeze it almost takes you away to a wild meadow and the bee's/butterflies love em too ,i could mow em down tomorrow but they would come back within a fortnight.

How are your meadow flowers doing this year Windy?

Yeah ok Drc i guess i cannot exspect perfection first time around but there is some additional colour, i had a wild flower seed mix packet which i started some off early this year in mi greenhouse and then planted out april time along with some nigella/cornflower seed which i planted direct and so up to now i have'nt seen much of the wild flowers other than some white morning glory but the plants are still there doing ok BUT there are some blue cornflowers now appearing in flower.....oh yeah this year for the first time seen some cow parsley appearing from nowhere bringing a splash of white to my mini meadow.. just need some drier days to bring it all on a bit because lets face it autumns not far away(dose'nt time fly when your having fun).so yeah quite chuffed so far...thankyou. ;-)
