That too sounds familiar, J!! If it was here, and they were dangerous to other property, a quiet word with the Maire would be enough...either he does it or the Commune does and sends the bill to him!!!
Is there nothing like that with the Council, J?
Luckily, the tree here would fall the other way...in a prevailing wind!

That's horrendous isn't it? I can't believe how irresponsible some people are....leaving dead lambs lying. Hopefully the trees are healthy....they certainly make a fab. backdrop...much better than my backdrop of neighbours' houses!
