Thanks 6d, both of these are pretty, but my favourite one of the 2 is the tiny one, it's called Minirose and gets smothered with flowers and is hardy, its been in the ground for about 8 years and survived through the freezing winters of the last 2 years, so that can't be bad can it?

No it can't so its a good one yes the tiny one is beautiful. I tried to get cuttings from a very light pink one down on holiday but I don't think it will take never seen it before

Have you ever tried rooting them in water 6d, I find this much better. they may take about 3 weeks before they begin to get roots, but I leave them in the water until they have a really good root system.

Yes thats how I ve just tried this pink one a few cuttings of it too, but all the leaves fell off, so I ve now planted them all up, so I am hopeing they take.

They may do 6d, I've had some where all the leaves drop, but I left them in the water and finally they grew roots and got new growth on them.....Good luck!
