Here is more like last week. This side did well and looks good, the bedding begonias on the other side did nothing and the clematis had a little struggle settling in. They should be better after I ring this in stone also, and pile in a good mulch. The lily is in the middle of all this, bloomed long ago and growing to be a nice clump next year, with many blooms I hope.

Thank you, that is Artemisia ludoviciana, the silver king. A real lovely thing, I just can't get enough of it. It spreads quickly so I'll be able to divide soon and spread it into more areas.

Might have a look for that - it seems to set the others off beautifully.

Again....where did mine go? the artemisia I mean...lol. I have the black stemmed ones which don't seem to like the sandy soil and bright spot I planted them in...so this month is digging month and I plan to move them to the backdoor area...This is a great combo Gt!

Thank you Lori. I had no idea what a great dimension the color of this would throw. Good thing they can be so resilient if yours must move. This soil, as I've dug in all these new beds, is beautiful! I'm more lucky than I realized.

What is the silvery-white leaf on the left - it's very attractive.
