One of the new bush clematis I added after such success with my first. This one has larger petals, so a softer look, it bloomed two bunches like this, nestles in so the monarda can hold it up as well as a little trellis I poked in. Again, continued to bloom all summer l long, like the other integrifolia I have, Olgae..

Remember, all summer for me is two months long.....lol. Its not saying much. Spring is the first month. You can sometimes get a two weeks early spring. But I believe the bush clem would bloom for much longer if it didn't freeze them off thier stalks.

That is very short and your plants do well to survive! I don't get much sun here - maybe that helps some plants last longer?

Gorgeous love the shape and colour.

Thanks 6p! ;-)
Sticki, I have a medium light garden and the plants are all slower than other places. Coupled with your more mild coastal conditions, you could really prolong some plants. Of course, a Clem likes its sunshine, give it the brightest spot you can find.

Of all the clems on offer around here the integrifolias are scarce or not offered at all.... sad..I love yours so I'm going to look for them or maybe order them.

All the clematis I have come from the Nursery I worked at. No one else has them. I'm gonna collect every one I can get my hand on, they are hard enough to come by.
