hello to a fellow Canadian! Have to agree about "next year" plans...so much can change between the idea and the application though. How are your winters in Eatonia?

Well, last year was our first full winter in Eatonia. We had more snow than Kindersley which is 25 minutes north of us. People around here said we had more snow and cold this year than most years. This summer has been amazing! By the weekend we are suppose to have highs around 28 C. :)

You need the snow to keep up the soil moisture aye? Has it been dry this summer... we have had the driest August in many years.

It's been a pretty good year for a balance of sunshine and rain. It was very wet this spring. It is wonderful here right now, almost 30 C. There is a parade in Kindersley, SK tomorrow and it should be around 30 C. The kids should have a great time picking up candy as the parade goes along.
