Love lavender. This is the French lavender, isn't it? I take it from your GoY ID, that you live in Suffolk? I had a home in Suffolk many years ago, in the very pretty town of Clare ... sits between Long Melford (my favourite haunt for antiques at that time) & Haverhill, with Cambridge within easy driving distance. Loved living there. Although we had a house there for around five years, we were actually living abroad in West Africa, & just returned annually for 3 months, but then the last two years we did live there & it was great. During that five years, my oldest two children boarded at a school in the tiny village of Stoke-By-Clare, & then went to Culford School in Bury St Edmunds, initially as boarders, but later as day pupils to finish their education before heading to uni. Do you know any of these areas? Whereabouts in Suffolk do you live (presuming you do actually live in Suffolk lol)
