No, Cistus are evergreen shrubs, Aleyna. They normally flower in the summer, and each flower lasts for only one day, but they are usually covered in flowers, so it doesn't matter. :-)

I've got some lovely big fat buds coming on some oriental poppies. They are new plants grown from plugs this year so I ought to take them off really. Its funny though - I cant quite bring myself to do it!! Lovely to get a few unexpected late flowers.
