Stickitoffee, to be honest, my knowledge of English words regarding bird species is even smaller. Sorry. I just liked her very much.

she has lovely eyes ~ not as cruel looking as many birds of prey.

She must have eaten thousands of mouses and dozens of small rabbits. The only difference between people and this bird, when we speak about cruelty, is the fact, that the bird of prey kills only when he is hungry. He has no issues with mouse or rabbit before. Lol.

Amazing picture Katarina, did you train her yourself. Does she prefer mice to rabbits or is it anything in between.
If you have trouble with your English just go to this site.
It will do the translating for you. Do not worry if it translates slightly different than you wanted to say. I am British and my spelling and grammar are terrible, even with spell check.

Thank you, Tommy. I think GOY makes the best translation for me, with full description, lol. As I already wrote, I wish to train falcons, I like this sport very much, but in my country (Slovakia) you first have to make exams from hunting. Preparation for this exam lasts 2 years and finally you have to shoot some animal - which I ABSOLUTELY do not want. That is, why I am until now just a silent admirer of falconerie.

By the way, if you have shooting licence, you can come over in the summer - we are still the country with overpopulation of bears and this year and next year there is plan to shoot several bears. Germans are the most keen clients, lol.
