No, it is winter here now.

It's winter here, too, Swtbriar, but the weather has been very mild in Europe, and loads of us have all sorts of things, roses included, that are unseasonally in flower. Magnificent rose, by the way!

It has been warmer here than usual too, although looks like we will be in for some snow this weekend. No roses blooming though, but, I did see some sprouts starting to grow on the roses!

Gattina, since today we have one meter of snow :) If I will get out tommorrow, I will send on GOY the pictures.

The local people are saying that March is going to be very bad, so I'm not going to put the shovel away just yet. Katarina, if you in Slovakia have had a metre of snow, I can only imagine it is headed our way....... BBrrrrrr

There, now, we've tempted Providence a little too far! Our 10-day forecast site is now showing heavy snow and plummetting temperatures for the 22nd. Darn it! I was beginning to believe winter was on semi-permanent hold. Oh my poor garden!

We got a couple inches of snow last night .... the first this year! I guess it's not Spring yet !!

I just knew it! There will be snow on our return to scotland....I bet! :(
