Sea-gulls?

Yes, Black Headed Gulls, nice pic.

They are usually fed by people from the bridge. Real acrobats, catching their food in flight :)

Yeah, there are some at the McDonal*s near work and they are really agile, and very noisy ;)

In their moulting season they lose all the black on the head with just a little spot left. They all look like they've been shaved :D
