Aconitum uncinatum - southern blue monkshood

I haven't been lucky enough to see this growing wild but at least I was able to find it for sale last year. It is our local native monkshood. I thought I'd lost it over the winter but 2 of the 3 so far have survived.

it certainly was. The plants were tiny when I bought them and I probably should have left them in the pots for a while longer but I transplanted them too soon. I was so happy to see these yesterday!
