Helleborus x Royal Heritage

Its a seed raised Strain comes in many colours and is tolerant of most conditions .Looks as though it will be next spring before you see flowers .May benifit from watering in the first year if you are very hot and dry.

Bjs, thank you for the information, and the welcome. I cannot wait to see this bloom. Believe it or not, I have never seen one in bloom.

Hard to believe you have not seen one in flower,but there are many flowers in different parts of the world I have never seen, plenty on my blogs earlier this year but not the same as seeing them for real.Not to sure of the lay out of your garden,but if you have a slope on the garden position it so that you look up at it.A lot of the flower heads face at a downward angle so if you can look up towards it you have a much better view.
