Two or three years back the wife went into a local shop to purchase a few items, on reaching the checkout she informed the assistant that she would be paying by cheque.
The reply was "What's a cheque?"

Near to where I work is a small greengrocers who also sell plants. Some of their spellings of plants!! well, you just have to laugh

If you are talking about the spelling of plants sheilar (Latin Names) then I'm afraid I would be in the same boat.
I have a name for all plants, (Oh that's a pretty one) problem solved lol.

was it tetrarch that used to say they were called 'amnesia' if she couldnt remember the name ~ which was rare ~ tetrarch is really good on names.
