Exactly, Sticki. Thank you very much. Yes it is fuchsia. I have neglected them for years, but recently they attracted me thanks to pictures of JohnBoy, so I bought one and I am happy I did that.

Thank you Surreylad :) I tried to combine them with oregano and thymus herbs, but unfortunately, not enough place, lol.

Sticki, do you keep them outside or inside during the winter?

i have some hardy varieties that stayed out in my garden but others were in the garage ~ they can stay well above freezing in there.
cuttings are easy to grow from a fuchsia

I like your baskets too Katrina. It gives a country feel to your plants.

I have several old baskets for this purpose. The big one on the photo was originally used for bread or fruits in the kitchen, but when it was worn out and molds settled in it, I re-used it in this way.

I like baskets when they get a bit old and tatty too Katrina. When they get really tatty I give them a quick coat of paint, which seems to hold them together for a bit longer :)))

:) Good idea. I sometimes did it, too, but natural colour is the best for flowers of all colours.
