These come out in the autumn here and that's why they have the name Michaelmas ( I think anyway) but of course they flower at a different time for you!
They would often be part of a display in a church for harvest around September, October time. Along with flowers like dahlias which I love.

Nice to see them now though, a lovely suprise!
