That's a colourful flower!

First time flowering .....have had it nearly five years...pretty shocked myself....i guess this cactus needed to get to its full height of 30cm before it would flower...its been repotted twice....has 7 flower buds on it now....were all chuffed at home having picked him up in ikea as a little spikey ball....our first cactus in

I also never have any flowers and most of mine are very old as well.
