I saw a green UFO once. It was round like the moon. It came down in the sky above me, and lasted about one second. By the time I said 'look at that' it had gone.

I saw one many, may years ago. I was in an early morning train travelling from London out to Harrow, and this bright, torpedo shaped thing was hovering just in front of some low hills near Northwick Park. Being British, I didn't leap up and announce the fact to the entire carriageful of newspaper-reading commuters, and it and we moved on. I often wonder whether it was something more interesting than a morning sun reflection off something, and what the reaction would have been if I HAD said something.
