You will have to work out what to put on it the other 11 months of the year,OH wont be happy if its left empty.
Seriously I have a small one I made, you may have seen Primulas on it, however the distance between shelves vertically is not enough for plants later in the season which tend to be taller,thought I would mention before you start building.

I may just move it back into greenhouse in winter BJs

I may even try training fuchsias or geraniums.
