Yes! at first I thought "cat" but you are right K. It looks like the English Lion rampant!
We also have the same high whispy cloud...could it be we are all having the same effect from the volcano eruption?

Hello Lori, what volcano you mean? We do not have volcanoes, lol. Only on roads :)))
You know, I love historical films and my favourite one is British film "The Kingdom of Heaven". I sw it several times. Richard the Lion Heart had there this sign, or similar.
