Thank you Bampy
Looks like I am going to have a few problems where everything is so wet ,things which flower at almost ground level are rotting instead of opening. Sanguinaria Canadensis is doing just that never seen it before

Meadowland they would ,if you have them in containers turn them on there sides if possible it helps the water drain out of the rosettes.

Beautiful. Bjs, tell me please, what is your care for rhododendrons during the year? They have very healthy leaves.

Katarina
Very little they are so long established most years they look after themselves perhaps a soaking of water in very dry weather and a mulch of dead leaves in Autumn.

...mulch of dead leaves...I that´s it. I noticed, that sometimes when I put mulch from bark around them, they get some molds disease on leaves. One season I put a lot of dead leaves from the forest (oak leaves are said to be the best for acidophilic plants like rhododendrons) as a mulch, and in the spring they looked very healthy. Must do it each season.
Thank you :)
