oh, sorry, it starts off with no leaves, then they appear.

I hope. Otherwise, it always had leaves when blooming, so maybe this year it is confused as we jumped from winter into summer without transitory period...

Lovely my mum in law as azaleas and they are such a stunning flower:)))))
