Yes its supposed to flower a couple of times a year, have to deadhead it regularly, will post another pic when in full flower (hopefully) thanks again Y :^)

Thanks BA, yes it is, there a few similar varieties, i think this one is 4-6 ft :^)

I bought a couple after seeing Terras pic mingling with her clematis. They look full of bud, but yours is ahead of mine:-)
