I'm unsure of the real name of this plant's true name, but it's known by its common name, candytuft on the east coast in the US.

It looks like 'Iberis sempervirens'. it's evergreen and spreads well. It's good for growing on a rockery or to flow over a wall. Candytuft over here is an annual, it comes in various colours like pinks and mauves.
