red hot poker division

the only thing apart from weeds growing in the awful old raised bed in the back was a red hot poker (another poundland plant. Its never flowered that great...it got dug up and split into 6, only one casualty, the rest have made it and are dotted about trying to give some height......really hope I get flowers this year but doubtful :(

You might or maybe next year. I have one I split and moved in October last and it has 6 flowers.....must be doing something right.
