We, here, use this kind of apple in our special feasts.

I like apples, the crisp juicy ones best, braeburn and cox are in that catagory but they are not so red.

That looks a great apple. The ones with these 'knobbly bottoms' are usually the ones I love best. They seem to be the crunchy ones.
