I think so too Hywel..my sister grew these last Spring and gave me a few little plants...They sort of sat, almost flat to the ground...no flowers...I forgot about them and this year they have woken up....:>)

Now that's an idea ... I think I'll try saving the seeds from mine this year. I would like a few more. They're lovely flowers :o)
