That's a healthy looking leaf Dl, I'd keep an eye on that snail though. I had to look this up, it's going to be a whopper isn't it...looking forward to seeing the flowers:-)

Thanks again BA, that one leaf is quite large, it did flower in April had about 5 flowers,before the leaves appear, they are very pretty too, bit risky having the snail so close though :) (fingers crossed nothing has taken a liking to it yet!)

Cheers stroller, i have tried to put some nice foliage plants round my water feature, it is next to my bamboo, i think the leaves can get quite big and it is a bog plant but my soil is quite damp in this corner but hopefully it will be manageable, this is its second season :)
