sorry looking palm

Is this a sago palm Gg ?

have googled it and yes it is but mine dont look like them so i think there is something wrong with it

Yes..It should be indoors I think in a medium / good light. One of my customers grows them and has his in an east facing conservatory. The leaves are very delicate.

good news all it isnt defunct ( dead or dying lol ) because 4 new leaves have grown after letting it dry out for a while i am so glad as they are not cheap to buy so got to make sure i look after it thru winter
