Fuchsia : Delta's Sarah

Bought this as a plug plants from my local nursery in Feb 2012. Easy to grow but I wonder whether this is a hardy fuchsia though.....

its a lovely one, im not sure if this is hardy, have to wait to see what re-appears of mine, most of them were in the garage over winter.
