I also have Charoit of Fire and it has not bloomed for 3 years. We have had a good start to the season this year in Nova Scotia and things are ahead of schedule. This year heavy rains and winds held off until last Wed evening which was great for the irises as the blooms and stalks get hammered otherwise. My bearded irises are on their last bloom and the peonies just came out after the rain. I hope your weather picks up for you as the summer progresses.

Thanks Nancy. I bought Chariot of Fire because of your pic, but maybe it will be better next year. Very hit and miss for my irises this year.

looks good enough to eat Nancy! Dont have this. Also my Chariot of Fire didnt bloom this year and since flowering, with all this rain, the plants themselves look none too happy! My ground isnt as free draining as they should have but under normal circumstances they manage well. Our summer has NOT been normal!
