Diervilla sessilifolia

Suckering shrub growing in sun or part shade. Reaches three to five high and five feet across. Prune back to a low framework (like a buddleia) in early spring. Not a spectacular plant but has a tidy presence in the shady end of my yellow border especially now as it starts into bloom
