Daylily whats wrong with the folliage

Its been like this since April , fed it seaweed fertiliser.
But hasnt changed all season
The variety First Knight hasnt stoped it producing scaped though

Nothing is wrong. There are several types of foliage that are rarely talked about. Some are lighter, some have streaks, and most are all the same. I have several that are like this, and the colouring shows up strongest in cooler times - especially winter.
