Pulsatilla 'rubra'

I was so worried as the plant came up with no sign of buds. Our wild variety will flower straight out of the ground before any sign of leaves. But later as the plant grew a long stem emerged from the crown with this lovely red flower in that beautiful fine white fuzz of the pulsatilla. Just one, but the plant seems to be much bigger this year, so crossed fingers for next.
