I saw your new plants Hb...very nice, i grew this from seed a few years back, but this has been its best year...It flowered earlier in the Summer and i cut it back and now we have a second flush...Dd...is yours fairly new?...took this a while to settle in...

I grew some from seed too. I planted it in the borders near a red double. I recently dug up a couple of self sowns and re planted them in different areas. They have both come up as Monarchs velvet doubles. which is just as well as I lost the original MV.

Good one 2ndhand....I think its a cracking plant...:>)
