I really love this plant. Apparently, as cut flowers they can last up to six weeks! Not cutting, though!

I'm jealous Karen! Lost mine (they're deffo not hardy at all), which peed me off a bit as they were in the same pot as my Galtonia and could have looked good.

It's really happy at the moment, Meanie, but I'm not confident about keeping it alive over winter. I've read that they're not happy in temperatures below 12°C - is that right? If so, it won't be easy for me...even in the house...

Maybe in growth, but dormant bulbs should be ok if you place the pot in a frost free shed/garage etc...........

Thanks Meanie
...or new (still to be) greenhouse? Will it die back naturally...or should I do something with it beforehand?

Just let it die back naturally, or withdraw water when you move it under cover...............

Thanks Meanie, I will do that :)
