Windows to Rathaus in Vienna.

I had parked in Vienna last few days. On the last day I found a message on my front window I have to pay to Vienna municipality for parking on a parking lot. That parking lot did not have any sign for parking ban, paid parking or for reserved parkings. I asked one guy parking there as well. He did not get any bill, lucky guy. So let´s have a look in magistrate windows in Vienna. They are nice, white and red. Evidently it costs a lot of money to keep all windows flowering.
I must say, George Michael on Tuesday in Vienna - that was a different coffee. He invited 300 medical professionals from hospital on his concert. He was treated there last year. So thank you municipality of Vienna but much bigger Thank you to George!
