Mid-Summer in N.E. Downunder - Plumeria blooming

I can almost smell it!

If only the flowers weren't so high up, Daglelie, I could smell them too! Lol!

There haven't been all that many blooms on the Plumeria this year. Not as many as I expected.

After the canopy had been mostly destroyed two years ago, the area where the Plumerias are growing was opened up to a whole lot more direct sunlight. I was expecting that this might spur them on to produce loads more blooms.

That didn't happen, so obviously more direct sunlight is not the answer.
