Hi Sticki, I'd like to mention that my Elsie Jury is a winter blooming camellia and suspect that "Debbie" might be too. They bloom from February to April. So actually winter-early spring bloomers.

i have a couple of camellias but they dont come out till about april

I have one of those also Sticki. But I bought Elsie Jury
specifically because it was advertized as winter bloomer.
The one in the Flamingo's picture (Debbie) has lots of flowers and buds for such a small plant.
