I love Akebias...but you do need to get in close to appreciate the flowers in detail. I hope yours does oblige, K.

smells of chocolate ~ that makes it a winner!!! i love those curly little 'seed pods'? in the centre.

Not full sun. The cream one gets more shade than sun!

My maroon one is full of flower Barbara, but I would like to get the cream one. I've never had it seed though, supposed to look like sausages I believe o:))
