You are way ahead of us although I am starting to see quite a lot of growth. I spent an hour yesterday digging out dandelions. My crown frits have finally opened. First time I have been able to get them to grow.

Crikey, yes there is a huge regional variance! Our crown imperial finished last week! For a couple years mine didn't
Flower but I fed them autumn and early this spring and got flowers!

I was speaking to Bulboholic who lives 150 miles north of us and he was saying the same as you. We are just too exposed to cold winds and lack sunshine here.

We are lucky living on top of a hill because we are not bothered by floods and we never run out of water so its swings and roundabouts.
