Help please

it may need repotting, also they like semi-shade rather than sun, better in border really, i have 2 rambling ones and loads of flower heads to flower this year, my one in pot im going to plant to as it doesnt do so well, hope this helps.

Thank you Sanbaz.it is in partly shade . Leaves are so lush green and look healthy but no flowers yes . I give regular feed but :(
