Pond creature

Could this be a male red viened darter dragonfly Pam. The British dragonfly people were at gardening Scotland and I had a look at their photos. The yellow one in a later photo looks like the female. You have a very colourful insect population around your pond.

I had to ask my husband and he said it is a Damsel something or other, we have blue and green ones as well but they don't sit still long enough for me to get a picture!!

We never see these here. They are very pretty.
